Many organizational leaders feel in the dark when trying to determine the impact of Covid on the workplace, particularly when our area is beginning  to “open up.”  Questions many are facing are around vaccinations and how they are addressed in the workplace.  Issues that have arisen are:

  • Should vaccinations be voluntary or mandatory for my workplace?
  • Should the vaccine be encouraged or incentivized?
  • What accommodations should be offered to employees?
  • How are policies implemented uniformly?

We will answer questions about how can you protect your workplace, as well as the people that you serve within it,  without running afoul of the law.  This presentation will help assist in identifying many of the questions you face and providing you with answers and a plan on how to comfortably move forward in this complicated environment.
