Cortilia (www.cortilia.it) is an innovative food tech and e-commerce company that connects consumers with farmers, breeders, and artisanal producers, allowing them to shop as though they were in the countryside, and it was established in 2011. In January 2021 Cortilia updated its Articles of Association to officially become a Benefit Corporation, thus legally confirming its commitment to operating in a responsible and transparent manner towards people, communities, territories, the environment, public assets, cultural and social activities, organizations, associations, and other stakeholders.
