He also completed fellowships at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in heart failure/transplantation; Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan in cardiovascular disease; and Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois in interventional cardiology.His special interests include peripheral vascular disease and peripheral vascular interventions as well as coronary arterial interventions. Dr. Gourineni joined SOUTHERN INDIANA HEART AND VASCULAR in 2013.
