Core Law When – January 25 (9a-12p) Course Description - This course is always up-to-date and includes changes from the Division of Real Estate, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State and Federal regulators. This course is a comprehensive quick-moving three hours. NOTE: The Florida Real Estate Commission requires 3 hours of core law as part of the continuing education required for renewal.
