This is a course that will teach its students what a home inspection is. Students will learn what is covered during a home inspection and what things are not covered during a routine home inspection. Students will learn what is recommended NOT to do during a home inspection. This will include what phrases to avoid and things they are recommended not to say to limit their liability going forward, after the sale of the home. The requirements of inspection companies in Georgia will be discussed to give students a better understanding of the obligations of the inspector. The students will know what is important when helping their clients look for their inspector and insure their clients are best protected.
