Please join us Saturday, May 18th, 2019 for the 3rd Annual "Play it Forward" Charity Golf Tournament.  The golf tournament will be held at Arrowhead Golf Club, and is a four person scramble with registration at 7:00 a.m. and shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.

The cost will be $125.00 per person, $480 for a team of four and includes the following:  Breakfast burritos, 18 hole green fees, Unlimited Range/Practice Balls, Personalized Arrowhead Bag Tag, GPS, Golf Cart with Personalized Cart Signs, Professional Event Services, Signature Buffet Luncheon, Awards Reception & Silent Auction after the tournament. 

In addition, there will be top team prizes, a Longest Drive Contest,Closest to the Pin Contest & $10,000 Hole in One Contest, along with other hole in one prizes.

Net proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which is a non-profit organization and is 501c(03) recognized. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  Cllient shall have the right to cancel the reservation and get a refund with confirmed notification to the tournament organizer, Jeremy Schraeder, 303-921-5924, by May 4th.   Refunds will not be given after May 4th.

Play it Forward LLS Fundraiser

Tournament Coordinator, Jeremy Schraeder, beat Lymphoma in May of 2000. After 16 years in remission, the cancer returned. After 1 1/2 year battle we found out this January he is once again in remission. His vision is to increase awareness and support others fighting the good fight, and his passion is to raise money to help find a cure! The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
