There is a variety of reasons to consider adding more plant-based protein to meal plans. Plants can be a great source of protein, as well as provide fewer calories, offer more nutrients and are kinder to our natural resources.  This presentation will discuss misconceptions about a plant-based diet as well as offer meal plan suggestions.  Recipes will be shared with participants. Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. This event is free and open to anyone in the community.
