Allyship is an Action

Pride month is a time to celebrate and support the LGBTQIA+ community. In this panel discussion, moderated by Be The Rainbow, we will examine interlocking systems of oppression that target our most marginalized and underrepresented neighbors. Attendees will learn that allyship isn't just about understanding empathy and compassion; it's about action. You will learn tangible steps to challenge bias, discrimination and inequality in order to promote cultures and communities of inclusion, equity and diversity.
