Contract Management – Post Licensing Module #2
Dates / Time: April 5 and 6, 8:30a-5p each day with an hour lunch break
Cost: $75 (includes textbook!)
Course Description: This course is designed to assists agents in preparing contracts that are solid and eliminate voidable issues. Topics covered include listing contracts, sale and purchase agreements, option contracts, leases and skills in negotiating contracts.
Post Licensing Hours:  15 (salesperson or broker)
