Connect 5 Session 2 (one day) is Brief Mental Well-being Interventions to help participants develop their understanding, skill and confidence to work with and improve the mental health and well-being. Participants will learn how to support greater insight into experiences of stress and distress and how to help people take first steps to make themselves feel better.

Connect 5 session 2 is open to those who have completed the connect 5 session 1 (1/2 day) within the last 6 months 

Kaleidoscope is off Lindisfarne Ave, signposted for Longshaw Community Centre and the Training and Resource Unit. From Roman Road, into Manxman Avenue, turn right, then left, then right again.

Please note this event is NOT free, it has been paid for by Blackburn with Darwen Council. Late cancellations may be charged a fee between £30 and £100 depending on the the cost of the event.
