Connect 5 half-day is Brief Mental Well-being Advice designed to help participants better understand mental health, mental well-being and mental illness. Participants will also learn about local services and resources that enable people to help themselves. Participants will become confident to offer well-being advice within their everyday work role.

Anyone over 15 who lives in the Borough can attend. 

Kaleidoscope is off Lindisfarne Ave, signposted for Longshaw Community Centre and the Training and Resource Unit. From Roman Road, into Manxman Avenue, turn right, then left, then right again.

Please note this event is NOT free, late cancellations may be charged a fee between £30 and £100 depending on the the cost of the event.
