Christopher Waters, MPA is an impact consultant and an award-winning member of the Adjunct Faculty for Wilmington University’s College of Business. Christopher has over twenty years of expertise in social impact, cross-sector partnerships, and community/economic development. He has served on boards and projects including the National Leadership Institute and the White House’s My Brother’s Keeper Initiative. He has also co-written the literature reviewed social impact report “Home Buy Now: Past Present and Future” in partnership with the Wharton School of Business Consulting Group, the first paper of its kind.

A seasoned executive and HR practitioner, Dionne has dedicated most of her career to creating inclusive and diverse workspaces within large and complex, highly regulated multinational corporations.
In addition to her coaching and consulting practice, Dionne currently serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). In this role, she supports the organization’s mission to raise the consciousness of the world by ensuring iPEC develops and trains culturally conscious and competent coaches, as well as through an external focus on the thought leadership and intersections of diversity and inclusion within the coaching industry.
Prior to joining iPEC, Dionne led diversity, inclusion and HR compliance efforts at Fortune 100 companies spanning multiple industries including automotive technology, aerospace and defense, and finance/insurance.
