Join with the Heart of America Metro Fire Chiefs Council as it hosts the IAFC’s Company Officer Leadership Symposium, Level 3 (COLS III) on December 11-13, 2018.

This program is offered free of charge through the generous support of HoA Metro Fire Chiefs Council, Western MO Chiefs, International Association of Fire Chiefs Foundation and Motorola Solutions Foundation.

The COLS program is an initiative of International Association of Fire Chiefs and provides company officers with specific leadership training geared toward their department responsibilities. This comprehensive program has set learning objectives, many of which meet the JPRs outlined in NFPA 1021.

COLS-III is the 3rd level of the IAFC's company officer leadership program, providing company officers with essential skills to transition into a leadership role. Participants will leave with tools and resources to be successful as a leader in their department and move their organization forward.

NOTE: There are NO prerequisites for this course, however, this is a follow-on course if you previously completed ODP-COLS I and/or ODP-COLS II.
