The objective of this course is to highlight the various issues most commonly seen in the operations of real estate professionals regulated by the Board. These are issues related to their compliance with statutory requirements governing their operations, as established in the Real Estate (Dealers & Developers) Act and Regulations.

The course is a mandatory course for all real estate dealers and salesmen, and will provide two hours of continuous professional development.
