Saturday, 3 November 2018 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM EST

First Congregational Church, 300 High Street, Bristol, RI, 02809, United States.

The theme of the 212th Autumnal Meeting of the Rhode Island Conference of the United Church of Christ is "Coming together as the Community of Christ."

"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."  ~ Galatians 6:2

In keeping with our theme, we will come together for worship, celebrating Holy Communion and singing hymns. We are grateful that the First Congregational Church in Bristol is graciously hosting this year's meeting.

We will celebrate our Community in Christ through Celebrations of our Ministries and vote on our Annual Conference Budget as well as other items of business.

Come together for inspiring worship as we celebrate our ministries, "Coming together as the Community of Christ!"

Rev. Burton Bagby-Grose

The Rhode Island Conference of the United Church of Christ is the central body through which the 31 churches of our conference work together to bring Christ’s message of hope, peace and justice to our communities. The Conference helps to coordinate the work of the various missions and ministries so that by the Power of the Holy Spirit we can do together what we cannot do alone. We are an open and affirming group that is made up of people from all walks of life-diverse social, cultural, ethnic and racial backgrounds and orientations. You will discover an amazing array of faith and journeys and perspectives, and uncover your own relationship with God.
