- Dr. Vivian Hawkins and Rad Cunningham from the Washington State Department of Health. This presentation will focus on the epidemiology of legionella and provide an overview of proper environmental sample collection for waterborne pathogens.
- Dr. Steven Pergam and John Fauver from Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Fred Hutch. This presentation will provide a review of pathogens associated with healthcare construction and mitigation strategies.
- Hot topics session on antimicrobial resistant organisms, dialysis, and high-level disinfection/sterilization.
