It’s that time of the year again, nursing students!

 

Come out on December 17th to celebrate the end of the fall exam season with your classmates from all three sites of the program.

 

Included with each ticket purchase are complimentary hors d'oeuvres, an extravagant three course dinner, unlimited beverages, and a magical night of dancing at one of Toronto's historic event venues - the Eglinton Grand.

 

Dress Code: Black Tie Optional; Semi-Formal

 

 

 

Nursing students in the collaborative program may bring ONE guest to this event. All guests must purchase their own separate ticket.

 

By registering, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions, and they are as follows: 

 

1. LIABILITY - The NCU-CNSA Collaborative Formal Organizers are not liable for any injury and/or damage(s) associated with attending the event.  Attendees are subject to venue policies and conditions.

 

2. CANCELLATION - Unfortunately, all event tickets purchased are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual no later than Wednesday, November 29. 

 

3. TICKET TRANSFER - If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by emailing ncu@ryerson.ca by Wednesday, November 29th, 2017.

 

4. PHOTOGRAPHY - By attending this event you acknowledge and agree to grant the Collaborative Dinner Planning Committee the right at the event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available. Attendees are advised that by being at the venue this may result in the incidental inclusion of delegates within any recording or photographs. 

 

5. UNDER THE INFLUENCE - Alcohol will be served at the event to those above the legal age with valid identification. The NCU-CNSA are not liable for any damages or injuries associated with alcohol consumption. Attendees who are heavily intoxicated and exhibit disruptive behaviors will be automatically removed from the event.  There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in effect for illegal substances at the event.

 

6. ENTERING/EXITING VENUE - There are no in/out privileges to this event. Once inside the venue, guests will not be able to leave and re-enter. Security will be on the premises and will intervene if necessary. They will remove intoxicated attendees or anybody under the influence of drugs.

The collaborative Ryerson NCU-CNSA team is a group of dedicated nursing students who represent students in the Ryerson, Centennial, and George Brown Collaborative Nursing Degree Program.
