Have you ever read the tasting notes on a coffee bag and wondered how on earth they came up with them? In this class, you will learn to begin discerning the variety of tastes and aromas found in coffees from different regions.  You'll be introduced to coffee cupping: a method of evaluating a variety of coffees at the same time, as well as learn to use the Coffee Taster's Wheel.  You'll have a fun time slurping coffee with family and friends and tasing lots of delicious, award-winning Red Rooster coffee along the way.  $25 per person.
