Part II of our exciting two-hour workshop will teach you the next step beyond the basics of how to write code using the three foundational languages of web design, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. These are the three most important programming languages used by web developers to build the websites and web-based apps and games you use every day. By the end of the workshop, you will have a more in-depth knowledge of frameworks and boilerplates, you will also create a more robust one page website.

Here are our top five reasons why our workshops can be a valuable investment in yourself:

  1. You’ll become more versatile and indispensable. Imagine not having to rely on a developer to make small changes to a web page or build a simple email to announce a new product.

  2. Communicate effectively with technical teammates. Be taken seriously by the engineers around you when you learn to speak their language.

  3. Change careers altogether. What if you have a full-blown passion for programming? The world of web development offers healthy job openings and salary potential.

  4. Break into startups. Play a role in bringing new apps and products to life as you collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.

  5. Improve your logical thinking. Let coding open a door to new reasoning and problem-solving skills. As Steve Jobs said, “Everyone should know how to program a computer because it teaches you how to think.”

    All proceeds to benefit:
