Do you lead a team of people at work?  Come and learn with others, some techniques and strategies to raise the performance of your team, both on the individual level, and also with groups of people together.  In addition to an overview of coaching theories and mentoring practices, we will dive into some exercises and deeper discussions around the topics of working with our working styles, having those difficult conversations, and working with our best brains.
