Part I of the seminar will focus on player retention and engagement.  Today's youth players are very different from those of the past and adjustment should be made to fit those changes.  Player rentention and awareness should be a focus of coaches of all levels. However, it is of particular importance at the youth level.  During this session many strategies will be discussed to improve these areas

Brian Weingart

Brian Weingart, Madison High School Head Baseball Coach, will be giving a two part coaching seminar for youth baseball coaches of all levels. In additional to the seminar, there will be a Q&A period at the end of each session.
