If you struggle to know the right way to feed your kids, this class will help you to understand the role of nutritents to support optimal growth and development for children's health. You'll also learn what to avoid when feeding your child and how to deal with picky eaters. Come to this class to elarn how to set an example and give your kids the gift of healthy habits now and as they grow and mature!
This class will be facilitated by Tiffany Flaten with Rock Bottom Wellness. Tiffany is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and is licensed in the state of Minnesota. With a background in teaching Anatomy and Physiology, along with extensive advanced education in nutrition, Tiffany is well suited to engage and inform on one of the most important health related topics there is!
