Matthew 21:16 is where Jesus reminds the religious leaders that God uses even children to glorify His own name saying, "have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies you have prepared praise’?”
Each year, we at CEF work to provide you with the tools you need to evangelize and disciple the boys and girls in your communities. Working together and trusting in God's power, we can raise up a generation of worshipers to go out and bring praise to the name of the Lord!

Keynote Speaker: Rev. David Beidel
Pastor Dave has lived in Staten Island for most of his life. In 1990, he and his wife, Rebecca, started a church in their home in a crime-ridden community. Twenty-five years later, New Hope Community Church and Urban Hope NYC are beacons of hope and healing among the West Brighton Housing Projects and on the North Shore of Staten Island.
Rev. Beidel spearheads the Acts 1:8 Saturate initiative, a collaborative approach to regional ministry: strategically identifying and reaching the Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and ends of the earth of your community.
In addition to his role as pastor/teacher, David is an anointed psalmist and guitarist, having penned numerous songs of worship. He also often leads the worship team at New Hope.
Pastor Dave has also ministered in Central Asia, Nigeria and Hyderabad, India where New Hope has planted a church. He has been a long time friend of CEF. Driven by God’s promises in Isaiah 35, Pastor Dave longs to see “the desert and the parched lands” of NYC and the ends of the earth flowing with streams of Living Water.
