This camp teaches our amateur chefs to be able to prepare an entire meal. Of course we will have to “sample” each recipe to make sure it is worthy of serving to guests. The week will culminate in a lunch party hosted by the class. Each camper will be allowed to invite one guest to attend. All food will be prepared by the campers.
Class Projects will include: ? Cooking 4 different recipes (appetizer, entrée, side dish, dessert) ? Decorating a chef hat ? Decorating own apron ? Recipe booklet ? Lesson on table setting and etiquette ? Preparing, serving, participating in a luncheon. This year’s theme is BARBEQUE!
