Spend 3 hours with Kate Wright Apfelbaum and Stacey Apfelbaum at Suffern High School to create a decision-making mental toolkit for coxswains! Catered to the levels of the attendees, the coaches will work with coxswains on strategies to improve steering, practice organization, race tactics, and much more! The sessions will also include audio, video, and race analysis.
Coxswains will leave with goals for the Spring, and the tools to hit the water ready to race!
