Work on the chakras and their related health characteristics through their corresponding reflexes on the feet. You will learn the chakra reflex locations, and several techniques to clear, open and balance the chakra system. Chakra reflexes can be worked with direct pressure, or in the field surrounding the chakra reflex, making this an excellent reflexology pairing for those who use therapeutic touch or reiki healing energies. Excellent for overall energy clearing, support for physical ailments, and as an additional tool to help balance mental health symptoms of depression and anxiety.
