A chakra is a spinning vortex of energy located just ahead of the spine. Each chakra is associated with information pertaining to health and wellbeing on a number of levels. By balancing the energy among all seven of the chakras, balance in related areas can be achieved, bringing about peace of mind, body and spirit. We will become familiar with each Chakra’s function, learn to clear our own chakras, and exchange a session in which we balance and charge each other’s chakras. We emphasize non-invasive, safe techniques. Be prepared to feel energized and renewed! As a side-note for reflexology therapist: all these techniques can also be used on the ‘reflexes’ for the chakras in the feet!
