Central Texas Aquatic Management Academy is a mini conference for young aquatic professionals.  The one day training is oriented towards Head Lifeguards, Pool Managers and other seasonal staff interested in leadership, pool chemistry, and how to manage a pool. Session topics will include teamwork, safety, conflict resolution, training, learn to swim and leadership. 


Note about pricing: 

The event is $40 total if you register before April 21. Registration after April 21, 2018 will be $50.

Dinner and a t-shirt will be provided to all registered attendees and volunteers. Late registration does not guarantee a t-shirt.



All attendees will need to bring a signed copy of our Risk Release and Indemnity with them in order to participate. It must be signed by a legal guardian if a participant is 17 or younger. The release can be found here

The mission of Central Texas Aquatics Association is to maintain a knowledgeable, productive and cohesive organization to promote, maintain and be creative to educate the public as well as other aquatic professionals in the programming, service, management, and also, to develop and maintain the health and safety of all types of aquatic facilities within the area and around the state.
