Keynote Speaker: Pastor Donnell Harper

Pastor Harper accepted the gift of salvation over twenty-five years ago.  His conversion was so clear that he immediately called his mother and said, "God has just Called me".  Since that day, he has been on a journey endeavoring to fulfill God's will for His life!

Pastor Harper has served in various ministries within the local church as well as on the district and national levels.  His Passion is for the lost to come to Christ and for God's people to live out the plan and purpose of God.  He served as the President of the Evangelistic Ministry where he was responsible for planning and overseeing outreach for the local church.  God has used him in a variety of arenas, ministering in prisons, hospitals, on the street and in shelters, as well as taking part in tent revivals, evangelistic crusades, prayer stations and training others in evangelism.

In January of 2012, Elder Harper was appointed as the Pastor of New Covenant Temple.

Pastor Harper is an avid student of the Word of God and has furthered his biblical education at Christian Collegiate Bible Institute, Manhattan Bible Institute, and Hugee Theological Seminary.  He has a Kingdom mindset and has been charged with the mission to "Love them to Christ, Lead them to Purpose and Train them for Service".  Pastor Harper continues to evangelize, empower and advocate for the residents of West Harlem, along with his wife, Shelly, and his four lovely children, Dominique, Sariah, Daniel and Steven.

Child Evangelism Fellowship® of Greater New York City is committed to reaching children with the message of the gospel, discipling them in the word of God and establishing them in a local church. This is accomplished primarily through neighborhood Bible clubs and teacher training. We would like to help you evangelize children in your community by providing effective training, outreach opportunities and guidance from our staff. We also make available quality teaching materials and help your church connect with families in your area.
