CCM Online Basic Conflict Coaching Training
April 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2021
Thursdays – 7:00pm-9:30pm EST
CCM’s training is a state-of-the-art online learning experience with five online training sessions and five one-on-one coaching practice sessions for each participant:
Ø 5 online training sessions (2 hours 30 minutes each hosted on Zoom)

· Breakout group discussion sessions
· Small cohort sizes (maximum of ten participants)
Ø 5 one-hour private one-on-one practice sessions with training team members (hosted on Zoom, other platforms can be negotiated for practice sessions).

The CCM teleseminar team consists of leading conflict coaching experts serving government, private sector, and higher education organizations. The training team for this session:

Registration Fees:
Early Bird registration by March 15th -- $1,450.00
Regular Registration March 16th-March 29th -- $1,600.00
Community Mediation Center Staff and Volunteers -- $1,000.00
*The Basic CCM Conflict Coaching training fulfills 19.5 CEUs from HRCI and 21 CEUS from VA.
Cancellations or refunds are not available if a registrant is unable to attend the sessions scheduled for the cohort for which s/he registered once the training series has started. For each practice session one rescheduling is allowed if that rescheduling is for a practice time within the same calendar week as the original.
CCM will also schedule one “Tech Test” session. Tech Test sessions are an opportunity for trainees to log on to the learning platform and walk through a brief (10-15 minute) live tutorial with one of the CCM training team.
· It is the responsibility of the trainee to have necessary software and hardware to participate in the training and practice sessions.
· It is the responsibility of the trainee to test their equipment to make sure it is sufficient for full participation in the training and practice sessions.
· CCM will not be responsible for providing technical support for participants during teleseminars or private practice sessions.
· In the event that technical difficulties make participation unworkable CCM will not refund registration fees. Please visit the Zoom websites to review technical requirements prior to registering for a series.
· Government employees should consult with internal technical support for their agencies to determine that access to these learning platforms is possible from work computers or networks.
