CCM Basic Conflict Coaching Teleseminars Spring 2017

Cohort 1 – Mondays 7am-9am, May 1 through June 5

Conflict Coaching MattersLLC is a premier conflict coaching training company providing synchronous learning teleseminars of conflict coaching training.

The CCM teleseminar team consists of leading conflict coaching experts serving government, private sector, and higher education organizations:

·      Tricia Jones

·      Merri Hanson

·      Michael West

·      Bobbie Dillon

·      Cheryl Cutrona

·      Deb Gaber

CCM’s Basic Conflict Coaching Teleseminar series is the teleseminar version of CCM's Basic three-day face-to-face training that has served hundreds of coaching and ADR experts. The Basic Teleseminar series consists of six online training sessions (one 1-hour opening session and five 2-hour training sessions). The full schedule for the cohort is indicated at the bottom.

Teleseminar Features:

·      use of high quality training videos

·      live-presentation by training team members

·      breakout group practice sessions

·      small cohort sizes (maximum of ten [10] participants per cohort)

The teleseminars are hosted on the GoToTraining platform.

Private Practice Sessions:

Each trainee will receive up to five [5] hours of one-on-one conflict coaching practice and feedback with one of the training team members. These private practice sessions are hosted on Zoom (or can be hosted on Skype, GTT, or via conference call as meets the needs of the trainee). Each registrant will reserve their private practice time (one hour maximum) in between delivery of the weekly teleseminar classes.

The Basic CCM Conflict Coaching training fulfills 19.5 CEUs from ICF and 19.5 CEUs from HRCI.

All teleseminar sessions will be recorded and hosted on CCM's Wistia Video hosting service. If a trainee misses a synchronous teleseminar they will be provided with access to a recording of the session missed. Please note that CEU units for ICF associated with this teleseminar series may require attendance at live teleseminars.

We advise participants to check their schedules carefully when choosing to register for a specific cohort. Registration is not transferable to a cohort other than the one for which the trainee specifically registered.  Cancellations or refunds are not available if a registrant is unable to attend the live teleseminar sessions scheduled for the cohort for which s/he registered.  Private practice session scheduling has some flexibility. For each practice session one rescheduling is allowed as long as that rescheduling is for a practice time within the same calendar week as the original.

Getting Comfortable with Learning Platforms (GTT, Zoom, etc.):

CCM will provide brief tutorial materials for trainees to help familiarize trainees with the learning platforms for teleseminars (GTT) or private practice sessions (Zoom, Skype, conference calls).

CCM will also schedule no fewer than three “Tech Test” sessions for each cohort prior to the start of the teleseminar series.

·      Tech Test sessions are an opportunity for trainees to log on to the learning platform and walk through a brief (10-15 minute) live tutorial with one of the CCM training team.

·      It is the responsibility of the trainee to have necessary software and hardware to participate in the teleseminars and practice sessions.

·      It is the responsibility of the trainee to test their equipment to make sure it is sufficient for full participation in teleseminar and practice sessions.

·      CCM will not be responsible for providing technical support for participants during teleseminars or private practice sessions.

·      In the event that technical difficulties make participation unworkable CCM will not refund registration fees. Please visit the GoToTraining, Zoom, and Skype websites to review technical requirements prior to registering for a teleseminar series.

·      Government employees should consult with internal technical support for their agencies to determine that access to these learning platforms is possible from work computers or networks.

On completing the CCM Basic Conflict Coaching Training Teleseminars participants are eligible to participate in specialized advanced training via face-to-face or teleseminar opportunities.
