Coalition of Community Health Clinics

http://coalitionclinics.org

The Coalition of Community Health Clinics (CCHC) is a network of 16 community clinics working together to improve healthcare for vulnerable populations residing in the Portland region. We achieve this mission by strengthening community health centers, promoting health equity, and fostering collaboration across the safety-net delivery system. Our clinics provide high quality, culturally appropriate healthcare to low-income children and adults who are uninsured, on Medicaid, or under-insured, and to populations struggling with poverty, language barriers, abuse, addictions, homelessness, or mental health issues. Coalition clinics offer primary, preventive, and acute medical services from a broad range of health traditions: allopathic (conventional) medicine, naturopathic, chiropractic, acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
