The Arc of North Central VA and Aging Together are partnering to support the mental health of Caregivers  in our community!  

Caregiver Cafés

 

De-Stress - Talk - Eat - Learn - Share

 

Join other caregivers of the aging and people with disabilities to be empowered and inspired!! Cafe program includes small and large group conversations about critical aspects of self-care including resilience, social connections, and concrete supports in times of need. Come to connect! Bring a friend!

 

Refreshments provided.

 

Held in the Sycamore Room at Fauquier Hospital.
