Summer 2016 Quality Improvement Workshop – Tupelo
The Summer 2016 Quality Improvement Workshop is a core part of our program and essential to everyone's success.
We recommend including your ACO Champion, Care Coordinator, and Practice Manager. Please take the time to register before June 30th.
IMPORTANT: Remember to bring at least one laptop for your site or facility to your Quality Improvement Workshop.
Further details regarding the workshop venue and agenda will be updated via email and on this website as they become available. For questions or clarification, contact QIWorkshops@CaravanHealth.com and your inquiry will be addressed as soon as possible. Travel reimbursements will include 1 car rental, lunch, mileage (if using personal vehicle), and GSA per diem for up to 3 attendees total. If your clinic is over 250 miles from your Quality Improvement Workshop, airfare and hotel accommodation for one night are optional for reimbursement. For your reference, please find the GSA Per Diem Guide on our Pre-Launch Resources page. To submit for reimbursement following your travel, you will fill out and send our Standard Template Invoice to AccountsPayable@CaravanHealth.com.
