This is a planning meeting to launch Capital Region Medication Assisted and Emergency Referrals (MATTERS), an opioid treatment program developed by Joshua Lynch.  This program designed to aid healthcare providers in the treatment of patients with opioid use disorder.  It provides e a model for Emergency Department Initiated Buprenorphine Programs in addition to providing rapid, reliable referrals to community-based clinics for patients upon discharge.

Dr. Joshua Lynch will be providing his expertise in helping guide the implementation discussion and next steps for Capital Region Matters.
