Toronto Board of Trade, 77 Adelaide West, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1C1, Canada.

The Canadian Legal Innovation Forum returns with a live conference in Vancouver on November 29th, 2022 - the premier event in Western Canada focused on the intersection of business and law.

This year’s forum centres on its unifying theme: Sustaining innovation: taking stock and maintaining momentum.

For the legal sector, in the wake of the pandemic, examples of change are ubiquitous. The sector is rapidly becoming technology-enabled and primed for acceleration in this sphere. Process management, ways that practitioners collaborate and the way that legal services are delivered are being re-imagined. And the battle for talent is more competitive than it has ever been. Innovation is no longer a buzzword for the legal sector; it’s an imperative.

The purpose of the forum is to provide a platform for legal practitioners to take stock of the acceleration of innovation during the pandemic and what it means moving forward. Review the key drivers of change and challenges faced by sectoral practitioners and how they are addressing them. And look at how to sustain innovation to help continue to shape the legal ecosystem’s forward trajectory.
