SEPTEMBER 25 at 7:30 A.M. -- Join CalTax's very own Dustin Weatherby for a 3.1 mile hike in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. Hikers will meet in the lobby at 7:30 a.m. to carpool to the trailhead. During this out-and-back hike, hikers will experience an elevation gain of 738 feet to the Picnic Rock Viewpoint (for more details visit https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/trt-to-picnic-rock-viewpoint). Hikers are encouraged to bring water, sturdy shoes and a waterproof jacket in case of weather changes. The hike will last approximately two hours and hikers will return to the hotel in time to participate in the brew tour.
SEPTEMBER 25 at 9:00 A.M. -- Coyote Moon Golf Course is one of the finest mountain golf experiences in the country. Residing in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area, Coyote Moon sits on 250 acres. Golfers will meet in the hotel lobby at 9 a.m. to carpool to the golf course.
SEPTEMBER 25 at 5:30 P.M. -- The board of directors will be dining at Manzanita. This rustic yet elegant mountain eatery at the Ritz-Carlton serves Californian cuisine. After dinner, join us at the campfire outside for S'mores and cocktails.
SEPTEMBER 26 at 8:30 A.M. -- The Board of Directors meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m., and a full breakfast will be served beginning at 8 a.m.
SEPTEMBER 26 at 12:00 P.M. -- Lunch will be served following the board meeting. If you are traveling and would like us to prepare a to-go meal, please let us know in advance.
