This training course is aimed at giving users a comprehensive introduction to the tools in Muk3D for 3D design and tailings planning.  Over the 2 days, participants will be guided through a range of design examples that cover many of the common tasks that would be encountered during a design project.

Who is it suitable for?

  • Engineers and designers who are interested in 3D modelling.
  • Tailings planners and TSF operators interested in running 3D deposition models themselves.
  • Civil3D/CAD users who find CAD tools overly cumbersome for high-level designs.

Prerequisites & requirements

No Muk3D knowledge is necessary for this course.  Users are expected to provide their own laptops with Muk3D installed prior to the course commencement.  Training licenses will be provided to all attendees for the duration of the training days.
