Emerge sees over 550 people a week and over 2000 pastors and missionaries a year. He is a well known speaker who specialises in spiritual and emotional health, parenting, marriage and family issues. He has published several articles on mental health, and his ministry has taken him across the world. Dr Don lives in Ohio with his wife Marcie. They have three adult children and seven grandchildren. He is an insightful and engaging communicator, and will bring illuminating truths to Daughters Conference.

Vanessa Hoyes is cofounder and co-pastor of Resurgent Church in Montreal, Canada, alongside her husband Andrew. With a Degree in Christian Counselling, she worked as a Life Coach for many years before stepping into full-time ministry. In 2003, Vanessa and Andrew had a desire to pioneer a church in France or Canada, however, a clear call from God came to build a church on the Gold Coast, Australia so they laid down this dream to plant a church in the Gold Coast. Eleven years later God re-awakened that dream and Vanessa, her husband and their four daughters left Australia to pioneer Resurgent Church in Montreal, Canada.
