How do I make sure I am seated with my friends?
There are no assigned seats at this event. First come first served.

YES, light snacks are permitted
Do I need to be crafty to take a workshop?
Definitely not! These workshops are guided with instructions in a fun and playful environment.

Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, no refunds are allowed. This is due to the nature of our business. We do allow a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost.
Where do I park?
Metered parking on the streets is FREE after 5:00pm Mon-Friday and FREE on the weekends.

Guest- Will still purchase tickets below even if your upgrading design.
**All custom upgrades MUST be sent 72 hours prior to scheduled event, This allows enough design and prep time.** PLEASE email photo, and any additional details. Once we receive info we will call or email you with price.
Please arrive 10 - 15 mins before scheduled class this allows enough time for check in. TARDY POLICY- If guest arrive 15 minutes late, credit card on file will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee or you may PAY In cash at the time of arrival. (See manager on duty) If more then 30 minutes LATE merchant has the right to reschedule at a more convenient time and a rescheduling fee of $25.00 may apply.
