On the penultimate day of National Biodiversity Week, Monaghan County Council Heritage Office and the CANN Project in conjunction with the National Biodiversity Data Centre will host a butterfly monitoring scheme workshop in Knockatallon, Slieve Beagh. On the day we cover all aspects of the monitoring scheme including species identification, use of the online data capture system and an afternoon outside putting the skills into practice.
