Buprenorphine Waiver Training for Clinical Providers: Sullivan County

Sullivan County Public Health Services is sponsoring a free buprenorphine waiver training for clinical providers. In response to the opioid overdose deaths in New York State, increased access to buprenorphine treatment for opioid overdose disorder is urgently needed. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are welcome and highly encouraged to take this training.

CME Credits: CME Accreditation (If applicable) The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry is the data sponsor for this training.
