Join us for the GFOA-PA West Region's first roundtable of 2016. Our roundtable events have been very popular, as they allow on open format for discussion with your peers. As usual, we will begin with a focused topic, and then move on to other topics that are decided by you.
Our focus topic for this roundtable will be Budget Development. Come prepared to share ideas about your budget development process, and ask your peers for suggestions to solve some of your own budget challenges. We will also will reserve time to cover other hot topics that are on your mind, so bring those ideas as well.
