Dr. Umangi Patel, Medical Director of Oncology Services at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital's Littman Cancer Center, will discuss the relationship between genetics and breast cancer, including hereditary cancer diagnoses, decisions that are influenced by a genetic diagnosis, indications for genetic testing, the benefits, risks and limitations of genetic screening, as well as the practical aspects of being tested.
