Come away for a weekend of rest and training for all Pastors in the Bluewater Presbytery. There will be opportunities on Thursday and Friday to get to know one another better and work together to build strong churches and a strong presbytery built on strong relationships and a missional vision. Be restored among the Santa Cruz redwoods and return refreshed to nurture your communities and make Christ known.
Speakers:
Nancy Beach, former Teaching Pastor at Willow Creek, is a visionary, an arts and women's ministry advocate, and Leadership Coach with the SlingShot Group, helping church leaders and teams to flourish in life and ministry.
Dr. Jim Osterhaus is a psychologist, counselor, expert in relational network thinking, and co-founder of TAG Consulting, helping a variety of organizations and congregations build on their strengths and prepare for challenges.
A taste of ELI training for pastors and elders on Saturday is included in your weekend package.Speaker: Rev. Lisa Johnson, Director of ELI, and Staff.
Please note that due to space limitations each church may bring up to 6 people (pastors and elders) to ELI on Saturday.
