James is a water utilities expert with experience in investment planning, policy and strategy development, regulatory and stakeholder negotiations, problem solving, change and programme management including contract negotiations.

 

Francisco Silverio Marques,  Director - Business Development, Enova 

A Civil Engineer and an Architect, Francisco has been working for Veolia since 2005, and within Enova, formerly MAF Dalkia, since March 2014. He has played a key role in defining and implementing the company’s strategy on Energy Performance, which led to the award of major energy performance contracts, such as DEWA buildings retrofit or JAFZA Accommodation Buildings retrofit.
