We are hosting a special training session, Beyond Surviving and Thriving: Helping Families Find Their Way, Saturday, February 17th in Beaufort, SC and would love for you to join us!

As a parent of a child with emotional, behavioral, substance use, or mental health challenges, you know how overwhelming the various systems you encounter can be when trying to access the best care for your family. Having someone who has already been in your shoes to help guide and support you can make all the difference! This dynamic training is a follow-up to our Surviving and Thriving training and will prepare you to use your lived experience to help other families find their way.

We provide on-going training, technical assistance, and networking opportunities to empower you as you develop advocacy skills and prepare to serve on local, state, and national committees. Are you ready to give back?

Criteria for Attendance:

1. Must a be a parent or primary caregiver* of a child with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs and/or substance use disorder.

2. Must be willing and ready to provide support to other families with lived experience.

3. Must be willing to promote mental health awareness and family-driven care support.

*Primary caregiver (biological, adoptive, foster parent or grandparent or other individual providing primary care to the child).
