September 2020 is a big milestone in the Belson house. It marks 25 years of wedded bliss!! And since travel is what we almost always give each other for special occasions, this will be no different. We are celebrating with a big party on Labor Day weekend in East Texas then packing our suitcase and heading for Spain. The house we have rented looks amazing and it seems a shame to let the 3 bedrooms we won't be using go to waste, so........

We have rented the house and plan to go whether anyone joins us or not, so that expense is on us. If you want to join us, you need to get yourself there and if you want a car, you will need to rent one. We suspect there could be some car sharing done once we know who is going. There will also be a meal sharing plan of sorts for at least dinner (maybe breakfast, but maybe not.... TBD). In the past we have had people sign up to provide and prep meals and that is most likely what we will do again this time.
We have no idea if this will be a popular idea, so this may not matter, but there are only 3 bedrooms, so if when they're gone, they're gone. This sign up site will help preserve the first-come, first-served approach, so please wait and sign up after you are sure this is going to work for you.
If you haven't done something like this with us before, we are pretty relaxed travelers. We don't go from dawn til dusk and we don't feel like everyone has to do everything together. When we have done a group thing previously, sometimes everyone wants to do the same thing and that's great. Sometimes it's also great to go on our separate adventures and swap stories over dinner and a glass of wine at the end of the day. Everybody gets to be happy that way!
