This adult education program offers 100% online (distance learning) courses ONLY. If you are seeking an in-person program, you may find more information here: https://www.doe.k12.de.us/domain/164. Please note that DCDAL’s orientation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic at any time. If this is the case, registration will be closed and all registrants will be notified.
You may only register for ONE orientation session. Multiple registrations will be deleted and you will lose your seat to attend a session.
Students who have previously attended DCDAL or another adult education site and have either valid test scores and/or specific credits may not be required to attend an in person orientation session. Register following the directions below and someone from our office will be in contact with you after you register. Virtual orientation sessions will be assigned after DCDAL has received the applicant’s transcript or valid test scores and indicated their eligibility. Transcripts can be faxed to 302-883-0421 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students who do not meet the eligibility for virtual orientation will be required to attend an in person session. You will be required to complete enrollment paperwork, eligibility testing, provide a writing sample and meet with staff. Please be prepared for the in person session to last between 3-4 hours. A photo ID is required.
