Join us for the next instalment of New Schools Network's Board Development Programme 2020 for Academy Ambassadors.
The Board Development Programme is a series of online events for Ambassadors to learn, network, and develop. The full Programme comprises a range of webinars and panel discussions.
In this webinar, we are delighted to be joined by leading software firm Board Intelligence who will discuss how to manage board meetings more effectively.
What are the five drivers for achieving more impactful board meetings and, ultimately, better outcomes for the trust? This session will explore the five levers of an effective board meeting and use results from a new diagnostic tool to highlight where boards are performing well in board meetings and where improvements can be made.
Make sure you follow @AcademyAmb and @theNSN for the latest updates.
